Shipping and delivery

Order Processing
We are a small, community-run collective, so orders are packed by hand. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order. During events, drops, or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free Local Pickup
If you are in the Atlanta or South Fulton area, you can skip shipping and pick up your order for free. Select the local pickup option at checkout, and we will reach out to arrange a pickup time and place. Pickup orders are usually ready within 3 to 5 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit
Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to make it right.
